Cardboard Packaging

Complete Print offer a full range of cardboard packaging.

For packaging between 350um up to 700um we use a solid fibre material.

If more strength is required or more product protection required , then we do litho laminated E Flute and B flute.

Construction of cartons can be straight line glued, crash bottom glued, lock bottom, four corner glued, six corner glued, double wall glued or self assembled in both solid boards or flute.

We also do backing cards, blister cards, header cards and sleeves as well, and mailers for products bought online

Printing can be up to six colours done in one pass

Coatings can be matt or gloss in varnish, aqueous coating, UV coating, film laminated or heat seal varnished (gloss only)

Boards can be made from recycled material, can be food grade, can be fridge/freezer grade, ovenable or just look good.
